Professor Gerry C. Brooks (Chairman and Lead Consultant) 

Professor Brooks is the Principal Consultant. He is a regionalist who is passionate about developing business, family run businesses and strengthening the Region. He is a former Chairman of the Unit Trust Corporation and The NGC Group of Companies. He is the retired Group Chief Operating Officer of the publicly listed conglomerate- Ansa McAL.

Anna-Maria Garcia Brooks (Director)

Anna-Maria is a Director of B&B (Transformation Solutions) Limited and is its Secretary. She is a former senior executive with Republic Bank Limited, the Caribbean’s largest banking group, where she had group-wide responsibility for Marketing, Communications and Human Resources, spanning the Caribbean and Africa. She was also a director on the board of Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited.

Gerard Garcia

Gerard is a senior finance and business leader having led finance and IT teams in the UK and Trinidad and Tobago, and as Managing Director of a telecom engineering company in the UK, led its business transformation into a profitable enterprise. Gerard is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, holds an MBA from Manchester Business School with electives in Capital Markets and Bank Financial Management. 

Beverly Britian

Beverly served as former Executive Director of a leading dispute resolution agency for 10 years. She led ADR system design and implementation, together with the development of specialist rosters of mediators, arbitrators and other neutrals to facilitate a full range of ADR services. She was the project lead for the 2010 and 2013 Court Annexed Mediation Pilot Projects. Beverly has over 20 years’ experience in Insurance and was Assistant Vice President at a leading Life Insurance Company responsible for regional Training, Development &; Business Improvement Projects in 12 jurisdictions. Beverly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management, is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) Distinction, and an Associate Customer Service (ASC) Honours. She holds certificates in Project Management, Business Process Reengineering, Paralegal Studies and ADR.

Christian M. Brooks

Attorney-at-Law (LL.B Hons; LPC LL.M Masters Distinction)

Christian graduated from the University of Southampton (England) with his Bachelor of Laws in 2015. He then successfully obtained his Legal Practicing Certificate (LPC) and Master Degree Master of Laws (LL.M) at the University of Law Manchester (England). Christian was admitted to the Trinidad and Tobago Bar to practice law in 2017 and has worked as an Attorney at Law representing large regional financial institutions, conglomerates, automotive and media companies and retail complexes. 

Julian Henry

Mr. Julian Henry is an Alumnus of the University of the West Indies with an Honours Degree in Agribusiness Management and a Masters (with Distinction) in Marketing Management from the UWI. Leveraging over 26 years of experience in leadership, he has provided insightful support to start-up businesses and enterprise development programmes regionally.

 His expertise spans SME Finance Companies, start-up accelerators, incubators, mentorship and strategic planning support to hundreds of innovators.
