Beverly Britian

Beverly is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in Business Strategy, Organizational Transformation, Training & Development, Marketing and Dispute Resolution. As a Director of B&B Transformation Solutions and Executive Director of the Dispute Resolution Foundation, she currently also serves as the Chief Operating Officer of a prominent Insurance Agency, driving impactful change and operational excellence.

With a wealth of experience in both corporate and non-corporate sectors, Beverly has previously held significant roles, including Assistant Vice President at an international Life Insurer, where she managed over 700 agents across 12 jurisdictions. Her expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is highlighted by her leadership of two successful Court Annexed Mediation Projects, appointed by the Chief Justice, overseeing hundreds of High Court matters.

In her capacity as Executive Director of leading ADR agencies in the Caribbean, she has facilitated training and development for over 10,000 participants, enhancing skills in ADR and related fields. 

Her career also includes impactful roles as a Corporate Trainer and Business Improvement Lead at the region’s leading Insurer, underscoring her commitment to organizational growth, efficiency and excellence.
