Anna-Maria Garcia Brooks (Director)

Anna-Maria is a Director of B&B (Transformation Solutions) Limited and is its Secretary. She is a former senior executive with Republic Bank Limited, the Caribbean’s largest banking group, where she had group-wide responsibility for Marketing, Communications and Human Resources, spanning the Caribbean and Africa. She was also a director on the board of Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited.

A graduate of the Stanford University Executive Programme (SEP), Anna-Maria holds an MBA from the University of the West Indies and has completed executive leadership programmes at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and Wharton Business School.  She received the honour of being named a Distinguished Alumnus of her Alma Mata, the University of the West Indies, in 2014 and was named a Fellow of the Institute of Banking and Finance in 2020, having previously served on its board of governors. 

A certified Change Management Professional, Anna-Maria serves on the board of directors of JMMB Bank Trinidad and Tobago and JMMB Express Finance Limited, and is the Vice President of the International Women’s Forum Trinidad and Tobago, serving on its board of directors for four years. She currently serves as the Episcopal Delegate for Administration (Commissions and Companies) in the Port of Spain Archdiocese of the Roman Catholic Church, where she provides strategic leadership to nine (9) entities. She is Chair of the Love Movement Youth Outreach and was a founding member of the Nova Committee of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
